Juli 2017 wurde der Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr die Mitglieder der CFL cargo-Gruppe von der Direktion und den Gewerkschaften OGBL, LCGB, FNCTTFEL-Landesverband und FCPT-SYPROLUX unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Folgende Unternehmen fallen unter die Bestimmungen des Kollektivvertrages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CFL cargo S.A.<\/li>\n<li>CFL technics S.A.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der Kollektivvertrag gilt f\u00fcr den Zeitraum vom 1. Juli 2017 bis zum 30. Juni 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die wichtigsten Verbesserungen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der neue Kollektivvertrag sieht j\u00e4hrliche Gehaltserh\u00f6hungen, einen Anstieg des Prozentsatzes der Endjahr-Pr\u00e4mie und eine Erh\u00f6hung der Sicherheits-Pr\u00e4mie vor. Au\u00dferdem pr\u00e4sentiert der Vertrag die Anpassung bez\u00fcglich des Abschnitts \u201eR\u00fcckruf zur Arbeitsstelle\u201c, sowie den Anstieg der Urlaubstage je nach Dienstalter des Mitarbeiters. Die Vorteile der vorherigen Kollektivvertr\u00e4ge bleiben erhalten.
