While the main principles of the 1999 law are maintained, the proposed amendments concern in particular the simplification and digitization of authorization procedures, as well as the prioritization for decarbonation projects. On 24 May 2023, FEDIL hosted a workshop to present the first elements of the Commodo 5.0 and to gather feedback from companies on the proposed amendments.
