The future of Luxembourg’s industry is being built today. To anticipate skills needs and meet the challenge of maintaining a skilled workforce together, FEDIL, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce, the Maison de l’orientation, the Ministry of Research and Higher Education, and ADEM, is launching a new survey this fall on the qualifications and profiles sought in the next two years by industrial companies in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.<\/p>\n

Your contribution is essential: each response will help us to draw up an accurate picture of the technical, digital, and administrative professions that our companies will need tomorrow. This information will help guide young people towards promising career paths, steer the adaptation of vocational training, and support the definition of effective training strategies for our entire economy.<\/p>\n

In a context marked by labour shortages, it is crucial that your needs are heard and taken into account. Even if your hiring forecasts can only be approximate, they provide valuable information for better preparing for the future.<\/p>\n

The survey is accessible via a secure online tool. We invite you to respond before 10 November 2025<\/strong>. Your data will be kept completely confidential: no individual information will be published and only authorized persons, bound by strict professional secrecy, will have access to the results.<\/p>\n
