Mandatory disclosure of major holdings

RTL Group today announced that it was notified on 17 April 2020 by Silchester International Investors LLP (“Silchester”) that on 16 April 2020 Silchester reached 5.01 per cent of voting rights in RTL Group.
The corresponding notification has been published on RTL Group’s website under the following link: RTLGroup.com/shareholding-structure.
This notification was published in reference to the Luxembourg law and the Grand Ducal regulation of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers of securities as amended by the law.
