Yves Germeaux is Head of Trade and International Relations at FEDIL. With 29 years of experience in corporate finance and aviation, he joined FEDIL in 2025 after leading the Corporate Finance and Aviation Finance activities at Atoz. Over the course of his career, Yves has held several senior financial positions in multinational companies, including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President Corporate Finance and Director Corporate Finance at Luxaviation, Cargolux, and Arbed — now ArcelorMittal.
A regular speaker at finance-related events, Yves also shares his expertise as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance of the University of Luxembourg.
Academically, he holds a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from HEC Lausanne, in partnership with the University of California, Los Angeles, a Master’s degree in Private Law from the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, and a Master of Science in Economic Sciences from HEC Lausanne.
Yves is fluent in French, German, English, and Luxembourgish.
