Challenges related to labour law are part of the daily life of companies, starting with recruitment, organisation of working time, health and safety of employees, cross-border work and secondment, up to the termination of employment relationships. In addition to these issues, they have to deals with employee representatives, restructuring or company transfers. FEDIL offers its members a wide range of services covering all these areas: assistance and advice in the various aspects of social legislation, as well as representation and defence of their interests in various interprofessional, national and international bodies.
Moreover, companies in Luxembourg are often faced with a shortage of qualified staff. FEDIL, as a privileged contact for companies, can ideally relay their needs and thus support projects that will enable them to find the specialists of tomorrow. One of our priorities is to promote Luxembourg industry to future graduates at the crucial moment of their professional career choice.
