As a full-service partner for modern energy supply concepts, EnerLease rents previously unused commercial and industrial roof areas, installs high-quality photovoltaic systems there under its own responsibility and operates them professionally based on sustainable aspects. The renewable electricity is either fed into the local grid or, if necessary and possible, made available to the owner of the roof area directly on site at a reasonable rate via an onsite PPA.
