LU-CIX, operating through a public-private partnership, offers and manages a range of solutions to support the trust, sovereignty, and resilience of digital communications. Its objective is to develop and support the internet and data center ecosystem in Luxembourg by providing its members with national peering and VoIP exchange services. In 2021, the Luxembourg government, in collaboration with LU-CIX GIE, launched MyConnectivity G.I.E. to support access to high-performance connectivity for all (individuals and businesses) within the framework of the national 5G and ultra-fast broadband strategy. In 2023, LU-CIX GIE, in partnership with the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Digitalisation, launched the Luxchat instant messaging solution, designed for all residents and businesses in Luxembourg.
