By two Grand-Ducal decrees of 14 March 2022, the Government Council adopted ethical rules for the members of the Government as well as for Government advisors. These two decrees provide for certain rules of conduct for the persons concerned, but also subject their interlocutors to communication obligations prior to any meeting.
FEDIL has drawn up a note intended to summarise the essential provisions relating to the obligations to be respected. In addition to the declaratory obligations, it contains important information to be aware of in relations with members of the Government and Government advisors. It does not claim to be exhaustive, so it is advisable to read the entire content of the two grand-ducal decrees.
