Our actions
Questions related to labour law are part of the daily life of companies, from recruitment, organisation of working time, employee health and safety, cross-border work and secondment, to termination of employment relationships. In addition, they also have to deal with relations with staff representatives, restructuring and company transfers. FEDIL offers its members a wide range of services covering all these areas: assistance and advice on the various aspects of social legislation, training in labour law, representation and defence of their interests in various interprofessional, national and international bodies.
At the same time, many companies in Luxembourg are facing a shortage of skilled labour. As a key contact for companies, FEDIL is ideally placed to relay their needs and support projects that will enable them to find the specialists of tomorrow. Promoting Luxembourg industry to future graduates at the crucial moment of their career choice is one of our priorities. Through its HelloFuture initiative, FEDIL plays a key role in bringing companies and schools closer together, helping to steer young people towards technical and scientific careers.
